Community Financial understands that having to report a claim is not something anybody wants to have to do. Dealing with an Insurance Claims agent during your time of loss can be stressful and confusing.
Community Financial can help.
When you call our office during normal business hours, ask to speak to Brenda Rowe, our Claims Associate. Brenda will gather all the information you need and then connect you with the exact person you need to speak with at your carrier’s office. She will let them know who you are and what your situation is so you don’t have to waste time with policy numbers and red tape. You can then take it from there, or if you’d feel more comfortable, she will be happy to stay on the line with you to make sure everything is taken care of and all your questions are addressed. If the carrier requests that loss notices be faxed, Brenda will take care of that for you as well.

Community Financial recommends that when reporting a loss, please have the following information available: named insured, insured address, insurance company, policy number, policy period, date of loss, time and location of loss, description of loss and contact information. This will greatly expedite the claims process.
